Explore your generational map and find your place in the family field through Constellations experientials. This explorative session with Megan can offer you fresh insights about your life experience from a holistic and embodied perspective – without focusing on a specific issue – as well as healing shifts in and beyond the session. ​​Immersive Constellation

​Explore and transform a perplexing, stuck or repetitive issue or topic in your personal, family or work life through a Systemic and Family Constellation. This immersive session with Megan can help to uncover, shift and heal ancestral generational patterns underlying the issue and initiate movement in your life which also ripples out to your family field and other group systems. Slow Mindful Yoga

In-person small group programs

Restore your inner balance and build resilience. These personalised classes offer balanced, integrated and varied practices incorporating breathing, movement, relaxation and meditation. Classes are informed by Svastha Yoga & Subtle Yoga principles and usually suitable for adults of all ages. For more info also see Approaches.

Setup guidelines for online sessions
One-on-one online sessions are via video conferencing (Zoom) which offers a comfortable and effective way of working from the comfort of your own personal space.

You will need:

​a quiet and private space where you will be undisturbed
-
reliable internet connection
-
Zoom subscription (free)
-
comfy chair
-
water and tissues
​
Depending on the session, it can also be helpful to have:
​

a space which allows some freedom of movement
-
a non-slip mat for simple breath / movement practices
For sessions involving Constellating you may need:
​
-
a clear table top or floor space
-
a pen, post it notes, pieces of paper, felts or other objects
-
preferably be able to turn your device camera to your work space​
For an Immersive Constellation, the facilitator may opt to use a simple online 'app' - a page with coloured, moveable shapes or anchors representing the elements of your Constellation which is shared on-screen. During the session, the facilitator will move the elements for you and to your directions.​​
