About Megan

Megan is a trauma informed practitioner of complementary, holistic and somatic healing modalities who also has a background education in the arts and humanities.

She first began offering individual and group work in 2001 which included teaching Svastha Yoga (Krishnamacharya tradition) for over a decade in Sydney, Australia.

In 2017, following a long season of loss, grief and fracture, Megan started on an unexpected journey into somatic, multi-dimensional and ancestral generational healing including Constellations.

Being immersed in and then learning to facilitate these powerful processes helped to transform Megan's lived experience, also flowering into new ways of accompanying others.

This has included assisting with Relationship Constellations facilitator trainings and offering one-on-one sessions online from her home ground in the Blue Mountains.
