Complementary Practices

These integrative approaches bring together Eastern and Western wisdom, support healing or wholeness and can be included in session work in simple and direct ways.

Svastha Yoga Informed Practices

This authentic and personalised approach emphasises breathing and its effect on the mind, the relationship between breathing and conscious movement as well as balanced and integrated sequencing of breathing, movement and meditation.

Svastha Yoga and Ayurveda was founded by Sri A G Mohan and Indra Mohan of the Krishnamacharya tradition and is highly regarded in the therapeutic application of Yoga.

Subtle Yoga Informed Practices

This trauma-attuned approach uses Yoga to strengthen the nervous system, optimize brain health, build greater resilience, support health and promote functional, low-risk practices.

Subtle Yoga founder Kristine Kaoverii Weber is a leading authority on the intersection of Yoga and Neuroscience and brings together ancient practices with the latest knowledge to support the 'slow yoga revolution'.

Emotional Freedom Techniques

Also known as 'tapping' or 'psychological acupressure', this healing technique is thought to balance the flow of energy in the body’s meridians, calm the nervous system and lower the pain response.

EFT was first developed by Gary Craig in the 1990s based on Thought Field Therapy, NLP, energy medicine and acupuncture.
