Self Sown Healing

This in-person introductory workshop is an invitation to:

• enjoy a heart-centred group experience

• ​​​explore individual, relational and collective themes

• discover embodied ways to transform your lived experience

• understand the essence of ancestral generational healing​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Workshop experientials can include:

​​​

• individual, collaborative and group activities​​

• resourcing practices and guided field meditation

• representational work with energetic fields (Constellations)​:​​​​

  • individual and internal parts exploration

  • relational and ancestral generational healing

• ​representing tools:

  • the body and the felt-sense - ours and others

  • papers, felts or stones and other objects

• working with a floor or table top space or in 'mind's eye'

• light physical activity including standing, sitting and moving​

 

Breakthrough with Constellations covers themes from Structural and Systemic / Family Constellations and offers a practical, varied and repeatable experience. ​ Offered as a 2 or 3 hour workshop and intended for adults of all ages with previous experience not required.
