This in-person group workshop is an invitation to:

The workshop is centred around Systemic / Family Constellations which offers powerful group processes help to uncover, shift and heal ancestral generational patterns or the unprocessed experiences in the family system or field - energetic and perhaps even epigenetic or inherited - that lie behind our most persistent, perplexing and recurrent life struggles.

​​​​​​​​​​​​Workshop experientials are tailored to the group and can include:

individual, collaborative and group activities​​

resourcing practices and guided field meditation

representational work with energetic fields (Constellations)

introductory exercises for new Constellators
-
full group workshop Constellations*** and/or

further experientials and mini Constellations
-

​representing tools:

the body and the felt-sense - ours and others
-
papers, felts or stones and other objects
-

working with a floor or table top space or in 'mind's eye'

light physical activity including standing, sitting and moving​

Ancestral Healing with Constellations may be offered as a full or half day workshop and is intended for adults of all ages with previous experience not required.
